Yummy Dinner
I don't think anyone will care other than Christopher but we had such a yummy dinner last night...

-crab cakes
-scallops
-chocolate malted mousse
J:
-duckling nachos
-ahi tuna
-butterscotch pudding
The coffee was pretty decent too...even though it had to be doctored with cream and sugar (they didn't have skim milk and splenda!).
I REALLY need to get back on that diet...I was doing really well for a while. I swear I will look better than that cow.

This one's for you
Ok so the post title has NOTHING to do with the post. Not yet at least. I have some song in my head right now, I don't know the lyrics or the tune or even where I've heard it...just the phrase...so "this one's for you" :) I had Steve and Jeff (guys from work for all of you reading this and not knowing who they are) over for dinner. I made my super yummy lasagna, which I did not have any of since I'm determined to stick to that South Beach Diet (which does work by the way). I'm determined that I'm going to lose all this weight and be skinny and hot. Or I'll settle for looking better than that COW that you-know-who is dating. Although Christopher, I'll have to disagree with you. I think she looks more like a horse - she has a very long face. I don't even think it's the weight that I care as much about as it is that I just want to lose that damn pudge around my stomach. It's there and it's soooo icky. Makes me look....cow-like.

So I've decided to join the multitude of millions posting their thoughts and such on the internet. Christopher, forgive me:) You know how I tend to jump on the bandwagon. Why am I doing this now? It's a hot day and I'm hiding inside in a nicely air-conditioned apartment. Why am I not at the pool? Too many people being loud and obnoxious. Why am I not at the mall? I'm really trying to be good about cutting back on my shopping. I know I spend too much even though I can pay for it all without going into debt. Spiros would be so proud of me! Off to find some non-money-spending way to keep myself entertained...we'll see how long I can resist temptation.
